| Buxus sempervirens can be grown as a hedge or small tree. Ovate to lanceolate matte leaves, oppositely arranged. Can be variegated (as in photo). Buxus microphylla japonica has an round to obovate leaf with a shinier finish. B. sempervirens is taller than B. microphylla japonica, and can grow up to 20'. |
